A classic English tea. Many people enjoy this tea with milk and sugar, but traditionally it is served with honey and lemon. Fun fact about this tea: it was named after Earl Charles Grey, who became Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1830 and oversaw the abolition of slavery across the British Empire.

How To Brew:

Tea: Measure 2.5g of tea for every 12oz of water.

Water: Heat water to 195 degrees.

Steep: Steep for 5 minutes.
