Jasmine Pearls are made using the first two leaves and a bud from young green tea. It is processed in a traditional green tea fashion and hand-rolled into small pearls during the shaping process. Once finished, the pearls are set aside until May, when the jasmine harvest begins, and are then heat-infused with the jasmine blossoms.

Tea: Measure 2.5 g of tea for every 12 oz of water.
